RETURN POLICY
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. So, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason please review our full Return Policy carefully.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. Delicate Expression reserves the right to refuse return or refund for any product that doesn’t comply with the above-mentioned requirements.
In order to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged, defective or it was sent in error. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.
Delicate Expression is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account.
